YOUNG ARTS ROADSHOW “Seven Decades of Educational Toys and
Techniques”
The aims of the project were to promote good
quality arts experiences for young people in
Rutland and strengthen links between Rutland
schools and the professional community of
artists in the county. Using the theme of seven
decades of secondary education (reflecting the
75th anniversary of Casterton Business &
Enterprise College), Rutland Primary School
pupils were asked to take an imaginary leap
into the future of schools. This was expressed
in relief models and drawings of the interior of a
school.
We are currently seeking someone who is interested in working with children and art
to take on the role of Young Arts representative. If you are interested in finding what
